COMFORTABLE AND QUIET - The mattress has nice inner foam and is stable, soft and quiet. You'll get a good night's sleep on this pad. It's definitely more comfortable than the other inflatable mattress that is light and can be carried on long hikes.

SELF INFLATING MATTRESS - The valve is reversible. Flip the "INFLATE" valve and it inflates itself, then in the other direction to deflate. As you collapse and roll up the pad, the valve allows air to escape but blocks air from coming back in. Makes rolling up a breeze.

EASY TO FILL DESIRED FIRMNESS - If you need it to fill up faster or firmer, You can help to inflate by blowing air into the valve to desired firmness. This one has knobs that allow you to dial back on the air a little if you have overinflated the mattress.

A TIP FOR DEFLATING - As all self-inflatable, this will take a little elbow grease to roll back up. Suggest rolling once to get as much air out as possible. Opening the valve, starting at the opposite end, and rolling it up as tight as possible. Laying your body on it as you roll is a must to get max air out. Don't forget to close the valve when complete.
