HOW TO INFLATE / DEFLATE THE PAD?
Lay the mat flat on the floor.
Open the air valve at the foot position.
Using your hand or foot to press the built-in air pump until it's fulled, then close the air valve.
When you're done using it, open the air valve in the pillow position and press the pad if you want to let air out quickly.
Fold the mat neatly and put it in the recycling bag.
